Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping: Free delivery is available for all orders over 500 GEL.
Express Delivery: Express delivery within Tbilisi is available for a fee of 30 GEL.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery method, destination, and order availability.
Estimated delivery times, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of order. Express delivery within Tbilisi usually takes approximately 1–3 hours.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and delivery information. Arka Store Tbilisi LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

You may return or exchange an item within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and provide your order details.
Returned items will be inspected to confirm that they meet the applicable return conditions before a refund or exchange is approved.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Where applicable, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
